Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your order! We are willing to make it right if you aren’t 100% satisfied. Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!
The majority of returns are refunded to the original payment. For sale items (25% off or more), refunds can only be made via SALEDRESS gift card. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
PROCESS
1. Use our Return Portal by clicking the “Start Return” button below.
2. Enter your email address and order number to get start.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
NOTE: 1. If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like; 2. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US. A fee of $6.99 (plus $3 more per piece) will be charged for the pre-paid shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund (unless you received the incorrect or defective product).
